ZOO DAY!

Today we went to the zoo as a family. We rejoined as members and will go some more. The kids had fun and it was nice and relaxing to take a casual (not hurried) walk and to look at all the animals.

We had been told that the zoo didn't allow packed lunches anymore, but we saw no signs mentioning this and it wasn't on their site. We had no issues once there.




Faith really liked all the monkeys. Everyone watched them for a long time.








The petting zoo. Faith was really liking the goats... then one pooped right in front of her. I wasn't able to catch her expression on camera but it was great. Like Justin, she kept trying to feed them.


At the end of a good 5 hours at the zoo, everyone was tired and ready to go home. We made a quick stop by the snakes and then we were on our way.
