Christmas was fun!

The kids enjoyed Christmas time and are already looking forward to next year.

Faithie is getting older!~



I was trying to dress Faith last night and seriously everything was too small on her! I mean I couldn't snap onsies or snap shirts around her neck! So, I went through her closet and the poor baby has no clothes :) She does have plenty of pants, but that is it ... she has 3 dresses, 3 short sleeve tops, 6 long sleeve tops. I guess I need to get her some more clothes... or make them since I have lots of fabric and not lots of money right now.
Edited :) I just found a few of P's old clothes that will fit so she now has a handful of things, but I guess mama will have to sew soon.

Faithie has been getting more chatty in the last few weeks too. She doesn't say any words clearly yet, but we *think* she's saying or tyring to say Justin, Paige, sister, and GO... but not really sure of it :)

She also had a sudden tooth growing burst - poor thing has been teething constantly for about 2 weeks - I think she's getting her 4th tooth in this two week period now!

she dances :) It's so cute - she rocks back and forth and smiles. She'll push her toy to make noise - dances- then stops when it stops.

We're getting ready for Christmas day... the kids are super excited.
Faithie is walking like a pro now and even can get moving a bit fast. she only occasionally walks on her knees now. She loves the Christmas tree and pulling off all the orniments... so our tree is kind of interstingly decorated now.

Not much else going on ... stay tuned for the craziness of Christmas morning!

We had a party last night and I made the kids matching clothes (justin wore jeans though b/c red velour pants are not boy-ish)... I wanted pictures for christmas cards but Faith was tired and not in the mood. Oh-well.

Funny thing- Yesterday J took the kids to a new park... P had to go to the bathroom (big surprise since she has a pea size bladder) but there wasn't one. So, he had her squat down b/c no one was at the park. She got pee on her pants... dh looked for something for her in the car and only found some of Faith's pants, but thought they were shorts for P... So, I get home and Paige is wearing Faith's 6-12 mth pants... and they fit as long shorts! Yes, my girl is skinny.

FAITH IS WALKING!!

Last night she took 3 steps and has rapidly progressed from there. She now can do about 10 steps at a time -even holding items while walking. She's very proud of herself!

Justin's school had "native american" day on Friday - the kids did all sorts of hands on learning.

we are all finally getting better. I took the girls to the dr yesterday - both have pretty bad ear infections but really weren't complaining much. So, both on antiotics ... the dr said they should help with faith's eyes too.

On Sunday we were all still recovering from our illnesses (and still are), so we decided to not go to church. We had family time and went on a leaf hunt at a local park.

Faith can stand up by herself now - I'm sure it's only a short amount of time before she's walking now.

PUMPKIN DAY

This week we went to the pumpkin patch. It was HOT and very sunny. For some reason this patch is always hotter than the rest of the area near us. The kids had lots of fun but were NOT in the mood for group pictures.









Their favorite part is the hay "maze" which is bales of hay that they can climb on and run around.







Justin takes picking pumpkins very seriously and will work hard at it.
