Our Christmas letter
For those who didn't receive the email, here's a copy of our holiday letter:
To all our friends and family,
We hope you all are doing well and the past year was overall good.
We're doing well and the children are growing so fast.
Justin is almost 7 years old and doing great in school. He can be a little bossy over his siblings and likes things just the way he thinks they should be. He's been proving to be super smart in school - reading at a 3rd grade level now and doing great at math too. He's been active in Cub Scouts and just finished up another season of soccer.
Paige is 5.5 years old. Still a princess and loves everything girlie. She is quite social in school and seems to be loved by all the children in her classes (and other classes too). Her teacher says she can be chatty at times but a good student overall and seems to be really excelling in math. She's doing great in gymnastics - this winter she'll be moving up to the next level and be a class with all 7-8 year olds. The teachers said she simply can't stay in her age group any longer.
Faith Anne is 2 and very proud of this. She's still the obvious baby of our family and can try to pull the spoiled baby thing every once in a while. She's a joy to be around - a very happy child for the most part. She loves to follow her siblings around - especially Paige because paige will play dress up with her and all sorts of pretend games. She's already into princesses and purses and dress-up shoes! Her speech has improved a little and we're still working on getting her into a speech program so we will be able to understand most of what she says. Like her big sister, she loves art too.
In October we got Disneyland passes for some family fun over the next year. We've already gone a few times and the kids have such a great time! The big kids will be taking ceramics this winter at our recreation center and are looking forward to it.
As for us parents, not much is new. We seem to have busy days between all the kids activities and our activities - before we know it, another week has passed. We both are still in our same places of work and are doing well.
We hope the holiday season is pleasant for all of you. Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate the birth of Jesus at this time of year. Happy new year to all and we hope and pray the next year is a wonderful one everyone.
With joy and love,
our family to yours.
